Mark Glandon

President

Mark founded Glandon Insurance in 1991 and has over 30 years in the insurance industry. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University, a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (he is the past president of EVAHU) and is a member of the Optima Health Broker Advisory Board.

 

Maureen Glandon

Small Group Development

Maureen is responsible for broker lead development and recruitment. Maureen also provides broker support with Medicare and Ancillary products as well as Marketing. Prior to coming to Glandon Insurance, Maureen worked for Lincoln Financial for 6 years and has a total of 23 years insurance experience. Maureen is Medicare certified and holds her Life and Health license.

 

Teresa Wilkerson

Broker Representative

Terry  works with brokers with Optima Health group  and individual business. Terry came to Glandon Insurance after 30 years at Prudential where she worked with both brokers and clients handling sales and service of life and annuities. Terry has her Life & Health License as well as her Series 6. Terry has completed the National Association of Health Underwriters Health Care Reform Certification Course.

 

Lisa Brogan

Property & Casualty

Lisa heads up our Property & Casualty Department She works with Commercial and Personal coverages of all types. Prior to coming to Glandon Insurance she ran her own agency for over 20 years. In addition to holding her P&C license she also holds her life and health.

 

Cheryl Slatinsky

Broker Representative / Account Manager

Cheryl 1

Cheryl works with brokers regarding Anthem and Kaiser business. Prior to coming to Glandon Insurance Cheryl worked in the Title Insurance Industry for 3 years and had 4 years with Next Financial doing acquisitions. She’s originally from Philly and is now settled in Virginia Beach for the long haul. Cheryl holds her Life and Health License.

 

Jennifer “Jen” Quevedo

Senior Account Representative

Jennifer

Jen successfully manages small, mid, and large sized clients by assisting employers with coordinating all aspects of company-wide health insurance, benefit strategies and plan administration. Jen has 13 years’ experience at Optima Health working in the Enrollment department. Jen holds her Life & Health License and is PPACA certified.

 

Ashley Whitlow

Administrator / Glandon Resources

Ashley 1

Ashley handles the COBRA Administration and Section 125 plans for Brokers and groups. She has completed certification courses in Cafeteria Plans and COBRA Administration. Ashley has a background in customer service and holds her Property and Casualty license.
